Vintage French Steamer Trunk Circa 1910
A rare and exquisite trunk from the Au Touriste luggage company, located at 36 Avenue de L’Opera in Paris, France. Au Tourist was a competitor of Louis Vuitton in Paris in the early part of the twentieth Century. The quality and craftsmanship of this trunk is as beautiful, if not superior to that of Louis Vuitton.
